No additional work should be charged without your approval, except where immediate action is reasonably needed to prevent harm and allowed by law.
4. Customer responsibilities
You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to request service. You must provide accurate information, disclose known hazards or sensitive modifications, ensure lawful and safe access, and remove valuables and fragile items. Keep keys, access instructions and contact information available as agreed.
5. Service limitations
Cleaning outcomes vary. We do not guarantee removal of every stain, odor, scratch, defect or contaminant. Repair, restoration, paint correction, mechanical work and hazardous-material handling are excluded unless specifically agreed. Pre-existing wear or damage can become more visible after cleaning.
6. Payment
This website does not collect payment. Any amount, due date, method, deposit, tax or refund condition must be disclosed through the confirmed quote or service agreement. Do not email card details.
